Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a transformative experience for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity for all parties involved:

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: Participants are eligible for a full refund (minus a non-refundable deposit) if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the retreat start date.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of [$500 USD] is part of your ticket price. This deposit secures your spot in the retreat and is not refundable under any circumstances.

Transfer Options

If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your reservation to another person at no additional charge, as long as the new participant meets all the requirements for the retreat.

Cancellation by Organizers

In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), participants will be fully refunded, including the deposit.

Special Circumstances

If you are unable to attend the retreat due to illness or emergency, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

No Show

Participants who do not show up for the retreat without prior notice or cancellation are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

All refund requests must be made in writing to [info@movementayahuasca.com] and will be processed within [10] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
